Customer Relationship Manager

This person is your main point of contact throughout the whole process.  Our Customer Relations Managers are non-commissioned, so there’s never any pressure.

Move-In Date and Orientation

You’ll get a specific move-in date and time once the drywall process starts.  A few days before  you move in, your builder and Customer Relations Manager will walk through the home with you to ensure its quality and acquaint you with mechanicals.

Ongoing Commitment

You’ll be confident in your new home with a two-year builder’s warranty, a 10-year structural warranty and a dedicated Customer Care Field Manager who will take care of any concerns you might have.
